Arik Air, West and Central Africa’s largest commercial carrier, has launched its new-look website www.arikair.com. The revamped website is packed full of new and upgraded features designed to enhance the user’s experience and to further underline Arik Air’s position as market leader in Nigerian Aviation.
The new features include a simplified booking system and an online check-in feature, designed to provide passengers with the ability to check-in from 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight to 5 hours before International Flights and 3 hours before Domestic & Regional Flights. In addition, the site includes a destinations guide that provides useful travel information to customers, from weather reports to hotel and restaurant recommendations.
The new website launch is part of a raft of changes, which are being rolled out to enhance Arik’s online offering and customer experience.
