The latest addition to the Arik Air fleet touched down at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos at 9:45 am before taxing to the airlines hangar where the top management and staff of the company were waiting to welcome the brand new ‘baby’.

Named Queen of Angels, the new aircraft has registration number 5N-MJF and it was flown in by a crew of three Americans.

With the latest arrival, Arik Air now has 18 aircraft in its fleet with eight of them brand new.

It is expected that the new aircraft will be deployed to the west coast which the airline plans to fly soon.
